TERMS OF SERVICE

  • BUYER MUST BE 18+ OR OLDER TO PURCHASE A FURSUIT FROM ME.

  • Suits will come from a home with cats, please reconsider commissioning if you are allergic!

  • Payments must be in USD and through paypal invoice.

  • Payment plans are accepted with a 40% down payment. The plans can be discussed. Your suit will not be started until at least 75% of total cost is paid.

  • Refunds only allowed before commission is finished, and may not be refunded after receiving suit. You will not receive your commission if you refund me. Existing work from refunded clients will be altered and resold as a premade or otherwise reused. Banana.

  • If I cancel your commission you will receive full refund and alter existing works to sell.

  • I, as the maker, have the right to refuse any client for any reason.

  • Deadlines are accepted at a 30% upcharge, and should allow for at least 3 months of time for me to work on a project. 

  • Buyer must keep in contact with maker in case of questions, updates, or other commission related matters. If no contact can be made for over 1 month, commission will be refunded and suit repurposed.

  • Updates will be on trello as well for ease of access! 

  • Body suits will need Duct Tape Dummy provided! I will not work with measurements!

  • Digital reference of character is required except for creative liberty or artistic freedom commissions! Written descriptions, copyrighted characters, or AI generated images not allowed. You may commission me for a basic reference sheet for an additional charge if you do not have one already.

  • Shipping is calculated once the work is finished and will be paid, in full, by the client. Package will be tracked using Tile, which the client will then ship back to me, the maker. International shipping is allowed, however again, all customs fees will be paid by the client. I will use United States Postal Service to ship packages.

  • Local delivery is available in the Denver Area depending on gas prices. Buyer and maker will meet in public area for delivery, or at local meet provided buyer can attend.

  • Minor repairs available for free. Larger repairs caused by wearer that require more work will be calculated and charge on a case-by-case basis. Replacement parts (should they be lost or destroyed with proof) available at a discount. Any suits returned to maker MUST be clean and free from any bodily fluids or offensive smell, or it will be returned.

  • Please remember this is a handmade item from a newer maker! Suits may be subject to various flaws!

SUIT STYLING

  • 3D printed heads will have lined padding with room for glasses and elastic strap to attach to head. 

  • Client provided head bases, patterns or parts can be included at no additional cost. Otherwise, maker made or purchased bases and supplies will be sourced, included in the initial quote.

  • Foam heads will have liner attached to inside and will be built on "bucket head" style base.

  • Toony eyes will default to follow-me effect but can be changed to 2D eyes upon request.

  • Realistic eyes will either use 3D acryllic or glass domes, OR hollow domes with 3D iris.

  • Handpaws will be 5 finger using my semi-realistic hand pattern., or another pattern to match

  • Paw pads and claws will either be sewn or appliqued silicon and resin for upcharge.

  • Feetpaws can either be indoor feetpaws with sewn pawpads/bottoms, rubber black bottoms, or silicon feetpads, which are more suitable to outdoor costuming.
